- Try excersizing for 5 minutes after you wake up. You will get an energy boost from it and burn twice as much calories during the whole day because of it. With excersize I mean a few push ups or jumping around for a few minutes just to get that hart racing a bit.

- Sing during your shower. Singing creates a happy feeling that give you more energy and makes you stress resistand.
- In the evening take a powernap. A quick powernap of 20 minutes will give you a lot of energy for the rest of your day.
